Jason started cooking at an early age. His interests were aligned, perhaps, with his realization that his mother’s cooking left something to be desired. After graduating from the art institute of ft. lauderdale, he began his career along side chef Townsend in 2000 at the fountain room. There until 2003, he then made the move to Lacroix at The Rittenhouse from 2005-2008, and Junto until Oloroso opened.
With over twenty years in the industry, Jason’s objective as executive chef is to make the cuisine at Oloroso fun, approachable, and identifiable.
